Payment & Shipping

  • Shipping Options

    We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 for orders over $75 within Canada and $8 for orders over $120 within the USA.

    Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase via either Canada Post or UPS.

    Please refer to the shipping schedule to calculate how long your order will take to arrive.

  • Waitlist

    If one of your items is on the waitlist, your order will not ship until all items are available unless requested otherwise. Please don't hesitate to email us at if you would like your available items sooner, we are happy to negotiate a partial shipment.

  • Duties

    Additional duties may apply upon arrival - we are not responsible for these additional costs.

    Shipping & duties are non-refundable. 

Custom Orders

    For custom orders such as different chain colours & lengths e-mail us beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  • Timeline

    Custom order items are final sale and have a 30 day turnaround time.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Returns

    Items purchased at can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Email us at for returns.

  • Exchanges

    We are not able to offer exchanges on any orders.

  • How to Return an Item

    1. Please email within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return.

    2. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label and a return form to print and fill out.

    3. Please return your item in a small box or envelope or it’s original packaging. Oversized and large boxes will not be accepted as this increases our shipping rates.

    4. Once the item has been received back to us you will receive a store credit by email.

  • Return Costs

    We offer free returns within North America, and a flat fee of $20 CAD for international returns which is deducted off of the recipients store credit.

  • Customs & Duties

    Wolf Circus is not responsible for any customs and duties incurred upon receiving your parcel. If you deny your parcel by your local shipping provider we will be unable to offer a refund or offer a store credit.

Order Changes / Cancellations

    To modify or cancel your order, email us at within 24 hours of placing your order.

    After 24 hours, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please be mindful that we cannot cancel or modify an order once it enters the shipping process.

Jewelry Repairs

  • Repair Policy

    We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs on your Wolf Circus pieces. Please note that shipping costs may apply, depending on the date of original purchase. 

    Gold plating is also available on a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase

  • How to Request a Repair

    Please email for repair inquiries and include your order number and item(s) for repair.

  • Repair Costs

    First 6 months from purchase, we cover all shipping charges. After 6 months, the customer must cover shipping to us, and we cover return shipping.

  • Jewelry Care

    Keeping your necklace in a clear and plastic zip-lock bag best prevents tarnishing. We recommend removing your jewelry when in contact with harsh chemicals to keep it in its best condition.

  • I have sensitive ears, can I wear your earrings?

    All of our earring posts are made with hypoallergenic sterling silver posts. That being said everyone reacts differently to different metals. We suggest sticking with sterling silver if you have sensitive ears. If you decide to pick a gold pair we suggest selecting either a gold vermeil pair or ensuring to remove your earrings before bedtime.

  • Will my rings make my fingers turn green?

    No, our rings do not normally turn fingers green. That being said everyone does react differently to metal. Green fingers however are usually the result of bronze rings.

  • What does pre sale mean?

    All our pre sale items have a 30 day turnaround time from date of purchase. So if you purchase an item on October 10th you'll receive email notification including shipment tracking near November 10th.

  • My gold plated item is chipping! What can I do?

    Email us! We will complimentary replate the item for you with proof of purchase.

  • My chain broke? What now..

    We will also complementary rechain any of our broken necklaces.

Cleaning & Product Care

  • Although it’s completely natural for sterling silver & other metals to oxidize or patina over time, these are the preventative measures you can take to ensure longevity in your new relationship.

    Bathe with warm soapy water

    Dry off and brighten its shine with a soft polishing cloth

    Avoid interaction with harsh chemicals found in hot tubs and cleaning products

    If you’re unsure in any situation, we suggest taking your pieces off and storing in a safe place


  • Sterling silver:

    It's the quality stuff. It's silver and will last forever. That being said it will naturally darken and does need to be cleaned. All of our silver pieces are sterling silver along with all of our earring posts — psst, that makes them all hypoallergenic.

  • 14k Gold Plated:

    A strong coat of 14k gold has been electroplated over a base metal, usually bronze. The plating we use is some of the thickest in the industry and will let you wear your pieces for years to come.

  • 14K Gold Vermeil:

    Sterling silver which has been gold plated. Similar to gold plated except with a nice sterling silver base.

  • Gold Filled:

    Gold filled is used for most of our chains. Gold filled means that it has an overall higher amount of gold than plated, which is needed for delicate items such as chains.
