Your purchase will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase via either Canada Post, UPS or DHL
For custom orders such as different chain colours & lengths e-mail us before hand and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept an exchange within 10 days upon your package being received. Simply e-mail email@example.com with your name, address and invoice number. Please allow 4-7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns.
Sale orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
If something happens to break within a few days of wearing or it is broken upon receiving your shipment we are more than happy to fix it. Simply notify us and ship to the return address.
