Return Policy

We want you to love your Wolf Circus jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer free returns throughout North America. Please note your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds. 

Wolf Circus Jewelry offers returns on products purchased from wolfcircus.com for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale, sample sale, custom, engraved, and discounted items are final sale. All items being sent back must be unworn, have no signs of wear and damage, and in original condition with any tags attached (if product arrived with tags) and in original packaging. Worn, scratched and damaged pieces will not be accepted and Wolf Circus has the right to deny and send back any items to sender which do not meet these conditions. We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

We offer free return shipping within North America, and a $30.00 flat rate shipping fee for international orders. This amount will be deducted from your credit.

  • Returns are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • We do not offer exchanges. 
  • All objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.
  • We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please email hello@wolfcircus.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return.
  2. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label and a return form to print and fill out.
  3. Please return your item in a small box or envelope or it’s original packaging. Oversized and large boxes will not be accepted as this increases our shipping rates.
  4. Once the item has been received back to us you will receive a store credit by email.

Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase on items purchased from wolfcircus.com. This includes any repairs including gold plating. We offer complimentary return shipping within the first 6 months of purchase. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer after the first 6 months.

If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly to facilitate a repair. 

Repairs

While all of our pieces are built to lastwe understand that in some circumstances, the odd piece may need a little TLC over time. We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs and re-plating on any Wolf Circus jewelry purchased from wolfcircus.com. Keep in mind that shipping costs may apply, depending on the date of original purchase.

Clasp repair 8 days
Chain replacement 8 days
Stone replacement 10 days*
Post replacement (Gold) 30 days**
Post replacement (Silver) 30 days**
Re-plating 30 days


*If a gemstone came loose or fell out of a ring, pendant, or earring, please allow extra time as we may need to source a replacement gem.

**We do not do plating in-house. In addition to our in-house pre and post-plating processes, any gold-plated pieces will be sent out for plating. As a result, any repairs involving re-plating will require roughly 30 days. Thank you in advance for your patience.
