We want you to love your Wolf Circus jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer free returns throughout North America. Please note your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds.
Any jewelry purchased from wolfcircus.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit. We do not refund shipping costs. All items must be sent back in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging with any tags attached (if the item arrived with tags).

- Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted. Wolf Circus has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions.
- We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit.
- All objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.
- We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
2021 HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Orders placed from December 1, 2020 until December 24, 2020 are eligible for returns until January 31, 2020. Orders placed after this period are eligible for our standard 14–day return policy. Extended Holiday Return Policy does not apply to Black Friday Sale purchases and we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

All Black Friday Sale purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any pieces.
While all of our pieces are built to last, we understand that in some circumstances, the odd piece may need a little TLC over time. We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs and replating on any Wolf Circus jewelry purchased from wolfcircus.com. Keep in mind that shipping costs may apply, depending on the date of original purchase.

*If a gemstone came loose or fell out of a ring, pendant, or earring, please allow extra time as we may need to source a replacement gem.
**We do not do plating in-house. In addition to our in-house pre and post-plating processes, any gold-plated pieces will be sent out for plating. As a result, any repairs involving re-plating will require roughly 30 days. Thank you in advance for your patience.
