DOES WOLF CIRCUS HAVE A STORE FRONT?

We do not have a physical Brick + Mortar storefront; however, we now offer ‘open studio hours’ at our Railtown Studio in Vancouver. You can find more information, here.

In addition to our Vancouver based Studio, you can find our jewelry available at one of our retailers.

I LIVE IN THE AREA. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you’re local to Vancouver, we’re happy to offer ‘In Studio Pick Up’ as an option for you to collect your new jewels. 

WHERE DOES WOLF CIRCUS JEWELRY PRODUCE THEIR JEWELRY?

All of our items are handmade in our studio in Vancouver, BC by a small team of very talented jewellers and production staff.

THE ITEM I'M INTERESTED IN IS OUT OF STOCK.

You’re able to sign up to receive an e-mail notification once it’s been re-stocked by filling selecting the ‘Notify when Available’ button on the product page.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM SIZING?

Our Team will always try to accommodate custom sizing. Please send an e-mail to hello@wolfcircus.com outlining the style you’re interested in and the size.

I'M PURCHASING A GIFT -- DO YOU INCLUDE A GIFT RECEIPT? 

In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email with your order number. If the giftee had a different item in mind, they can forward the Order #, Shipping Address and Phone Number to hello@wolfcircus.com to initiate the return process towards a Store Credit.

DO YOU OFFER SPLIT SHIPMENTS?

We will ship your entire order together unless otherwise requested prior to placement.

THE ITEM I JUST PURCHASED REDUCED IN PRICE. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO?

As a small business, it is unfortunately not viable for us to provide price protection on any orders placed prior to the start of a sale. In order to stay in the loop on upcoming sales and promotions, we suggest subscribing to our Newsletter — we promise no fluff and only the good stuff.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

To modify or cancel an order, email us at hello@wolfcircus.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel an order for an item with a disclaimer, we are happy to extend the cancellation policy to 72 hours from the time the order was processed. If an order is cancelled beyond these time frames, we are only able to offer a refund in the form of Store Credit.

WHAT IS Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to split your payment into 4 bi-weekly instalments. Not available for Gift Cards. You will need to place separate orders for these items if you wish to use Afterpay. Visit the Afterpay FAQ for further questions.
