Our pieces are developed through a combination of in-house production and trusted manufacturing partners, with all designs originating from our Vancouver studio. Each piece is finished with careful attention to quality, consistency, and wearability.

Our sterling silver pieces are made from recycled 925 sterling silver, a durable alloy composed of 92.5% silver and strengthening metals such as copper or brass.

Our plated pieces feature a 1–2 micron layer of 14k gold or sterling silver over a brass base. The majority of our chains are 14k gold plated over a sterling silver base. Each piece is finished with an anti-tarnish layer beneath the plating and a protective e-coating on top to help extend its longevity.

To preserve the quality of your jewelry, we recommend removing it prior to showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning, as exposure to moisture and chemicals can affect its finish. Salt water, sweat, chlorine, shampoo and conditioner, perfume, hairspray, cleaning products, and lotions or oils may all impact the longevity of each piece.

Jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. When not in use, store your pieces in an airtight container or a soft pouch to help reduce exposure to moisture and prevent scratching. Each Wolf Circus piece comes with a designated jewelry polishing cloth to help restore and keep your piece clean over time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items purchased directly through our website. Returns are issued as store credit and do not include shipping costs.

Certain items—including solid gold, custom, sale, and worn pieces—are final sale.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Canadian and international orders ship from Vancouver, while U.S. orders ship from our U.S. distribution center and may take up to 10 business days to ship depending on inventory availability. Please note that when placing an order to a destination outside of Canada or the US, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on top of your shipping fee upon import. The duties and taxes are determined by a country's government, and Wolf Circus' is not responsible for these additional charges.
