RETURNS

We want you to love your Wolf Circus jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns throughout North America. Jewelry purchased from wolfcircus.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds. Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of Store Credit. The Store Credit does not expire, and can be used towards any item in our online store. To begin your return request, please email hello@wolfcircus.com outlining your Order #, Shipping Address and Phone Number.

If your item is eligible for return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and will be deducted from the final store credit amount.

Return shipping fees vary by location: orders within Canada and the continental United States are subject to a $12 CAD return fee. Returns from outside of Canada and the continental United States will be subject to a higher fee based on the actual cost of the return label.

REPAIRS

While all of our collections are built to last, we understand that in some circumstances, they may need a little TLC over time. 

We are pleased to offer a variety of repair and replating services on Wolf Circus branded pieces subject to our Production Team's materials.

Kindly keep in mind that shipping costs and/or additional fees may apply. 

To begin your repair request, please email hello@wolfcircus.com outlining your Order # (or Proof of Purchase) and Photograph as reference for our Production Team.

FINAL SALE

All 14k solid gold styles, objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.

Worn, scratched, or damaged pieces will not be accepted. Wolf Circus has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions.

We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit and do not refund shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
