Where is your jewelry made?

Our pieces are developed through a combination of in-house production and trusted manufacturing partners, with all designs originating from our Vancouver studio. Each piece is finished with careful attention to quality, consistency, and wearability.

The item I want is sold out—will it come back?

Select pieces are restocked. You can sign up for notifications directly on the product page to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Do you offer custom sizing?

We’re happy to accommodate custom sizing where possible. Please email us at hello@wolfcircus.com with the style and size you’re looking for, and our team will assist.

ORDERS

I’m purchasing a gift—do you include a receipt?

To reduce unnecessary waste, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.

If a return is needed, the recipient can contact us with the order details and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you offer split shipments?

Orders are shipped together unless otherwise requested prior to placing your order.

An item I purchased went on sale—can this be adjusted?

As a small business, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on orders placed before a promotion. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to stay informed on future releases and sales.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Approved cancellations beyond this timeframe will be issued as store credit.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free installments. Please note that gift cards are not eligible.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival, which are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all US orders will be shipping from within the US whereas Canadian and any International orders will be shipped from Canada.

Are duties and shipping refundable?

Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items purchased directly through our website. Returns are issued as store credit and do not include shipping costs.

Certain items—including solid gold, custom, sale, and worn pieces—are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward a new purchase.

Can I return an item purchased from a retailer?

Items purchased through our stockists must be returned directly to the original retailer.

Do you offer repairs?

We offer repair and replating services on Wolf Circus pieces, subject to assessment by our production team. Fees and shipping costs may apply.

To begin a repair request, please email hello@wolfcircus.com with your order details and a photo of the item.

STUDIO

Do you have a storefront?

While we do not operate a traditional retail store, we offer open studio hours at our Vancouver location, where you can view and try on pieces in person.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes—local customers can select in-studio pickup at checkout.
